Since opening our first restaurant, Mestizo, in 2018 we found out that our community lacked high quality options for breakfast and lunch. After years of speaking with our customers at Mestizo we quickly realized that we could fill that void and create a restaurant inspired by our love of using the freshest ingredients to create mind blowing flavor.
So, in 2023, after much preparation, Cornucopia was born!! Decorated with bright colors and a ton of natural sunlight, Cornucopia strives to be way more than just another cafe. The amount of options alone make our concept stand out from the rest. From smoothies to fresh salads to homemade empanadas and even traditional sandwiches like sandwich cubano, pan con chicharron the possibilities are endless at Cornucopia.

Cornucopia is the place we’ve all been wishing existed when we are hungry but don’t know what to eat and we’re tired of the same old fast casual options. There have been countless times where we just didn’t know what to do for a quick lunch. Once we started hearing other people express the same frustration we knew this was a problem we needed to solve and Cornucopia is that solution.
Our concept is based around 3 words, Fast, Fresh & Creative. Grabbing something for breakfast or lunch no longer has to be boring or unhealthy.
